-> By entrusting work to us, you shall be expressly and/or impliedly deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions :
-> 1. You have been explained the steps to be taken by us regarding the case or cases entrusted to us and you have understood the same.
-> 2. You have understood the estimate of charges for your case or cases and you agree to pay all our fees and/or charges including miscellaneous expenses and clerkage as per invoice raised to you.
-> 3. You agree and undertake to pay and/or reimburse all counsel fees including clerkage in connection with your case or cases.
-> 4. You agree to clear our bills / invoices in full within 15 days from sending the same to you by whatsapp / email etc.
-> 5. In the event you fail to pay the amounts mentioned in the bills / invoices to us in full as per point no. 4, we may not take any further steps in your case or cases and we shall not be liable for any adverse order.
-> 6. We reserve our rights not to issue NOC to you and also to retain your case papers (original or otherwise) until all our bills/invoices are cleared in full.
-> 7. We reserve our rights to take appropriate legal action against you if the bills/invoices are not cleared in full within 3 months from communication thereof, and you shall be liable for all costs and consequences thereof.
-> 8. We shall only proceed with your case or cases after receiving advance amount from you. We shall not be responsible for any adverse order in your case/s consequent to your failure to pay our fees.
-> 9. Fees once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances. You shall be provided with proper invoices/bills on demand.
-> 10. You have the sole liability to follow up with us and take regular updates regarding your case/s.
-> 11. You have understood that we cannot guarantee the results or outcome of a case. You have understood that we have never given you any guarantee regarding the result or outcome of your case/s.
-> 12. We reserve our rights to dispose off your case records from our office in the event you do not claim the same within 3 months of disposal of the case/s.
-> 13. We reserve our rights not to act in your case/s without assigning any reason therefor. However the same shall be intimated to you.
-> 14. We shall act strictly in accordance with your instructions. We shall not be liable for any misleading or wrong information or forged or fabricated document furnished to us by you.
-> 15. We shall take full fees if we provide any service or go to Court premises for conducting your case, notwithstanding whether the case is conducted or not for reasons beyond our control.
-> 16. We reserve the rights to make necessary changes in the terms and conditions as above without prior intimation to you. The above terms and conditions shall be deemed have been understood by you and shall be construed as public notice.
